The right setting matters.
Safe spaces & support, on one map.
Acid Friendly is a community safety map built on a simple harm-reduction principle: where you are, and who you're with, shapes how an experience goes. We help people find calmer, kinder surroundings — and the support services that exist for when things get hard.
-
Spaces
Chill spots, community venues, and cafés that welcome open-minded visitors.
-
Events
Gatherings, festivals, integration meetups, and sharing circles — including those with trained support staff.
-
Support
Harm-reduction organizations, help lines, and peer-support services.
What this is not
Acid Friendly does not sell, source, or encourage the use of any substance. There is no marketplace here, and no guidance on using anything. We help adults who make their own choices find safer surroundings, and we point toward support when it's needed.
How listings work
The map mixes listings we curate with suggestions from the community. Every community submission is reviewed by a moderator before it appears publicly. Private gatherings are shown as a general area only — never an exact address — and anyone can report a listing or ask for it to be removed.
Are you a venue or organizer?
Being listed means people know your space is a calm, welcoming place — it does not imply you permit or endorse anything illegal. If you'd like to be listed, listed differently, or removed entirely, email hello@acidfriendly.com and we'll act on it promptly. Removal requests are always honored.
Getting help
If you or someone you're with is having a difficult experience, the Support layer of the map lists free peer-support and harm-reduction resources. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
